Mainly the following varieties:
Gouveio
Viosinho
Códega
Rabigato,
all from Quinta de Ventozelo.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, for a period of 10 days, at a controlled temperature of 12ºC.
Maturation
Barrel-ageing: No barrel ageing. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before it is released to the market.
Filtration: Filtered, and then bottled at Quinta de Ventozelo.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Clean clear and bright pale yellow color.
Nose: Tempting floral notes mixed with tropical fruits and citrics.
Mouth: Good acidity, refreshing and soft, well-balanced.

Reviews

Cellarage: Store bottles on their sides in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) away from direct light.
Pouring: Serve at 8ºC - 10ºC. Decanting is not necessary.
Drinking: It is ready to drink when released and will not further improve in the bottle.
Pairing: Serve with grilled oily fish with a squeeze of lemon, spicy crab cakes and salad.
