
Grape varietals
Mainly three classic Port varieties:
Touriga Nacional
Touriga Franca
Tinta Roriz
all from Quinta de Ventozelo.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, for a period of 10 days, at a controlled temperature of 12ºC, without contact with the grape skins.
Maturation
Barrel-ageing: No barrel ageing. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
Filtration: Filtered, and then bottled at Quinta de Ventozelo.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Dark pink clean color.
Nose: Red fruits and spices.
Mouth: Clean flavours, balancing youth and elegance.

Cellarage: Store bottles on their sides in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) away from direct light.
Pouring: Serve at 8ºC - 10ºC. Decanting not necessary.
Drinking: Ready to drink when released.
Pairing: Serve with salads, shellfish, fish, and pizza.
